CLASS ATTIRE:
Our studio colours are black, red & white. Class uniforms (shoes, leotards, skirts, shorts etc) can be purchased from any dance shop.
Winter jackets, Tshirts & dance pants are optional and can be purchased from Miss Jen.
All female students will need to wear their hair in a neat bun to all classes. It is not expected that students have the correct class uniforms within the first two weeks. From then on they will need to wear the appropriate dance wear & FDA Tshirts & Jackets are optional and can be ordered through Miss Jen.
Baby Boppers: FDA tshirt & pants. Or fairy costume or dress up tutu.
Tiny Toes: Red ballet leotard, matching chiffon skirt, ballet tights and leather ballet shoes.
Intro students: Red ballet leotard, matching chiffon skirt, ballet tights, leather ballet shoes & tan tap shoes (if buying tap shoes please try and purchase Sansha shoes as they have velcro sides instead of buckles.) Jazz shoes not required.
Level 1 & 2 BJT Combo Students: Red ballet leotard, jaffa red jazz shorts, matching chiffon skirt, ballet tights, leather ballet shoes & tan tap shoes (if buying tap shoes please try and purchase Sansha shoes as they have velcro sides instead of buckles.) Jazz shoes not required.
Level 3/4 BJT: As above including tan jazz shoes & tan stockings
Level 5 & up Classical: Black cotton lycra leotard, matching chiffon skirt, ballet tights and leather ballet shoes.
Level 5 & up Jazz & Tap: Tan stockings, tan shoes (jazz/ tap) and a black cotton lycra leotard & black V-waist cotton lycra shorts.
Acrobatics: Black demitard or black cotton lycra leotard & black V-waist cotton lycra shorts.
Hip Hop: Black cargo pants (baggy pants), red singlet (FDA Hip Hop singlet), black runners, jazz sneakers or skate shoes
Boys – Black pants & FDA T-shirt, black jazz shoes.
